I build modern websites and automation tools for small businesses. I hold an Associate degree in Computer Programming & Information Systems from College of the Sequoias and bring 4.5 years of client-facing sales experience with consistently strong reviews.

I serve clients in English and Spanish, and take initiative to make sure nothing gets lost in translation. When technical instructions for resetting vehicle monitors after check engine light repairs only existed in English, I simplified them and translated them into Spanish myself. To this day that guide has saved customers thousands of dollars — many were told they needed a catalytic converter replacement when all they needed was a proper drive cycle. That same mindset carries into everything I build: find the real problem, solve it clearly, and make sure the client actually understands it. I also have hands-on IT experience: hardware troubleshooting, networking, printer repair, and device maintenance.
